Privacy and image rights

Your questions about club photo sharing
Can you manage several teams and several events with a single account?
Yes — it's the very heart of Eventer. Each match, tournament, training camp or gala can be an independent event — its QR code, its guests, its gallery, its settings — or a single album can follow the whole season: you choose how to split it, and the history builds up year after year.
Do participants need to install an app?
They have the choice: without an app via the web page, or with the app (App Store, Google Play) — we explain the differences. Either way, one click on the invitation link (or a scan of the QR code) is enough, and everyone ends up in the same album.
How many people can take part?
The number of guests is unlimited (server fees apply beyond 500 guests). From the team celebrating its win to the tournament that fills the complex: one link, one QR code per event.
Why not just share the photos in the WhatsApp group?
Many clubs have a group with the parents and members, and it keeps its place — for the messages that matter. Photos are less at home there: they drown out the practical info and end up in everyone's camera roll. In the private Eventer album, everyone views them when they want, reacts with a like, and the club keeps control of who sees what. The two work together: messages in the group, memories in the album.
Many of our players are minors: how does that work?
The album is not public: you only get in by invitation, and the club can remove content or exclude an unwanted guest at any time. Parental permissions stay your process — Eventer gives you the technical control: who gets in, who sees, what gets published. Eventer is GDPR-compliant, with servers in Europe, and claims no rights over your content.
What about the parents and supporters who couldn't come?
They won't miss a thing: invited to the album, they see the match photos arrive live, like them, comment — from home or the other end of the country.
Can certain features be disabled for participants?
Eventer offers a lot of possibilities. If some features don't suit the context of your event, the Control Pack option lets you frame Eventer's features for your guests: read-only album, chat reserved for administrators, content limited to the event period or to direct camera capture, comments and camera effects that can be disabled.
Can people join the event before the match or tournament?
Yes: as soon as the event is created, you can send the invitation link, post it in the club's group or print the QR code on posters and programmes. Everyone can then get familiar with Eventer before kick-off.
Is there a limit to the number of photos or videos?
No: the number of photos and videos is unlimited, even in the free version.
What if the connection is bad pitchside?
Eventer is built for event networks: saturated wifi, spotty 4G, dropouts — everything keeps working, and interrupted uploads resume automatically as soon as the network comes back. No one has to do anything, nothing is lost.
Can photos/videos be added after the event?
Of course: the club photographer and latecomers alike can add their photos and videos after the event, from their phone or from a computer. Everyone will be notified, and the After Movie includes them automatically.
Can you create a memory video of the tournament or the season?
Yes: at the end of the event, Eventer Video creates a real video — an MP4 file to download and share — from the participants' photos and videos. You choose the moments, the music, the length and the format, and each participant can create their own too. Discover Eventer Video.
Will the photos disappear after a few months?
No. Unlike most solutions, your Eventer albums remain accessible for as long as you wish — the club's story is written season after season, and nothing is erased.
How do I retrieve all the photos of an event?
By default we keep the event for you indefinitely (unless you delete it). If you wish, though, you can retrieve the photos/videos in a few clicks from your smartphone or computer.
How much does Eventer cost for a club?
The essentials are free: private albums, unlimited guests, unlimited photos and videos, photobooth, Live Movie projection, After Movie — for every event of the club.
If you want to go further, some options have a special place in a club: Full Resolution for printing and for long videos, the Control Pack for well-framed use, the Live Show for the gala or the awards ceremony, the Filters in the club's colours…

The Live Show animates the gala, the awards ceremony or the club celebration, and encourages everyone to join the album. Connect your PC/Mac to a screen and broadcast content live! Configure it directly from your smartphone and send messages to the screen.
Full Resolution
All the event photos are saved without any alterations. You keep the original resolution as well as all metadata (GPS, dates, orientation…) — ideal for printing, even in large formats. Participants can also add videos longer than 30 seconds, up to 2 GB each (the final's goal, the trophy presentation, the speeches…).
A tip: activate the option before the event — it only applies to photos and videos added once it's active.
Personalized Filter
Easily customize the camera and Photobooth by creating your filter directly in Eventer: frame, color, text, character…
Pro Filters
The Pro Filters option lets you upload your own filters (PNG) and a background image (JPG) for the camera and the Photobooth — in the club's colours and logo. If you're not comfortable with graphic design tools, you can use an AI to create your filter in a few clicks.
Quiz
Liven up the club celebration with an interactive quiz — who knows the club, its legends and its season best? The AI assistant writes the whole quiz in one click and checks every answer.
Participants play from their smartphone using the same QR code as the photos/videos. The results join the event album.

Real-time AI Moderation
Block inappropriate content in real time with artificial intelligence — valuable when the event is large and young players take part.
Control Pack
Some events call for clearer boundaries: the Control Pack gives you finer control over what participants can do.
View Only: guests cannot add content.
Event Chat: guests cannot write in the chat.
Content rules: only accept content taken during the event, enforce the camera as the only source, or disable comments.
Camera effects: disable text on photos, the Pimp, the AI accessories (glasses, hats…) and FaceSwap — recommended for more serious events.
