Your questions about bachelorette party photo sharing
Will the photos really stay between us?
Yes: the album is not public and you only get in by invitation. Nothing is published on social media, and everyone can delete their contributions at any time. Eventer is GDPR-compliant, with servers in Europe, and claims no rights over your content.
Do we need to install an app?
Everyone has the choice: without an app via the web page, or with the app (App Store, Google Play) — we explain the differences. Either way, one click on the invitation link (or a scan of the QR code) is enough, and everyone ends up in the same album.
Can everyone join before the party?
Yes: as soon as the event is created, send the invitation link to the group. That way, everyone can get familiar with Eventer before the big day.
We're planning a surprise: can the bride-to-be see nothing before the big day?
Yes. The album is visible only to the people you invite: as long as you don't send the link to the bride-to-be, she sees nothing. On the big day, one scan of the QR code and she discovers everything — and at the end, the After Movie lets her relive the whole day.
Does it work for a bachelor party too?
Of course: bachelorette, bachelor party, stag do, hen do, weekend with friends… each event has its own private album, its own guests and its own memories.
Is there a limit to the number of photos or videos?
No: the number of photos and videos is unlimited, even in the free version.
What if the connection is bad?
Eventer is built for event networks: saturated wifi, spotty 4G, dropouts — everything keeps working, and interrupted uploads resume automatically as soon as the network comes back. No one has to do anything, nothing is lost.
Can photos/videos be added after the party?
Of course: latecomers can add their photos and videos after the party is over. You and your guests will be notified.
Will our photos disappear after a few months?
No. Unlike most solutions, your Eventer album remains accessible to you and your friends for as long as you wish — a year from now, ten years from now.
